The first time I saw them was in a crowded room through the viewfinder on my camera. They were snuggled up nose to nose kissmiling.
I totally just made up that word.
But you know when you are smiling so big and the kiss can’t wait -soooo it ends up in a delicious half smile, half kiss kinda thing?! A kissmile.
I remember grinning behind my camera when I noticed that they didn’t really dance during the slow songs…they pretty much just giggled, hugged and kissed while trying to dance.
Distractions…can be quite lovely at times.
The exact same scenario would play out with the same couple at two more weddings that I had the privilege to document.
When we finally met – I felt that I was already privy to their world and how they loved.
Hands down the best part of my job is seeing the intricate and unique webs that are weaved together when people love. Like a snowflake or a fingerprint it is entirely different for each and every couple. The only thing I know for certain that we all share about love is it’s happiness and the contentment it brings.
Love is something that cannot be accomplished with words alone. For me, I have to see it, feel it, and live it, to believe it.
I have been in Toni and Corey’s company enough now to know that seeing is believing when you witness their love.
Here’s hoping that when we are looking through the viewfinder of life…we don’t just see the single frame…but rather the whole picture.
Where it all began for Toni and Corey…
The happy couple…
I love how they smile at each other…
I feel a kissmile comin’ on…
Hello there pretty girl!
I like when locations have character…
A sliver of moonlight at the end of a sunset…
The last few minutes before the sun said goodnight…
Thank you Toni and Corey for being SO fabulous. I’m thrilled at the opportunity to document your happy day!
A huge thank you to my past brides, Jill and Carolyn for being a part of the reason Toni and Corey came my way!
Before you go, leave your thoughts below!
